2Baba’s Team Claims Internal Interference Is Damaging His Career
The management team of Nigerian music icon 2Baba has expressed fresh concerns about alleged internal interference they believe is negatively affecting the singer’s career and international ambitions. Speaking during an Instagram Live session with media personality Daddy Freeze, members of the team described several situations they say have stalled crucial projects intended to boost the artiste’s global presence.
One team member noted the importance of expanding into international markets, where many entertainers now relocate to grow their income. According to him, 2Baba must recognise when personal decisions begin to impact his professional life, adding bluntly that “this woman is bad for business.” The team stated that while they respect the singer’s personal choices, the resulting setbacks in his career cannot be ignored.
When asked about the involvement of the woman’s family, the group avoided details, saying the matter was more complicated than what social media users see online. One member went as far as recounting troubling experiences inside the singer’s home, claiming, “I’ve entered their bedroom and seen things I’m not meant to see… I need therapy with what I’ve seen.”
They also revealed that significant international plans had been finalized for the musician, including a UK tour, an African tour, stadium concerts, and government-backed performances across multiple countries. However, they alleged that all these plans suddenly collapsed. According to them, “Natasha came and said no. We’re stamping everything down. We can’t move.”
The team emphasized that their goal has always been to elevate 2Baba to the level of globally recognised African icons and expressed disappointment that these ambitions have been stalled.
