Buhari Congratulates Edo Governor-Elect, Okpebholo.

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Senator Monday Okpebholo on his victory in the Edo State governorship election. Buhari expressed hope that the winners and losers will work together to strengthen democracy and maintain the state’s development.

Through his media aide, Garba Shehu, Buhari said, “Congratulations to the APC and Senator Okpebholo on this historic electoral victory. I pray Nigeria will continue to achieve remarkable progress under democracy.”
