I draw inspiration for my songs from The Holy Spirit, Bible – Esther Igbekele

Popular gospel musician known for her songs against drugs and substance abuse and other social ills, Esther Igbekele has revealed that she draws inspiration for her songs from the Holy Spirit and the Bible.
Madam Igbekele who revealed this in a recent interview with Potpourri says that she also gets inspiration from life’s occurrences as well as her personal experiences.During the interview the gospel Minister also spoke about her music career, about how she has been working for years without a promoter

” Well for everyone that wants to sustain a healthy business, you must face one trouble or the other due to early growth fears.. I have been without a promoter for so many years but now I can face the hurdles of having no one to promote me due to the help of social media platforms but getting more followers may a little bit be stressful but with time organic followers that appreciate your potential will follow you”

While speaking on the changes she would like to see in the gospel industry she says she wishes to see an upgrade in the kind of music being released. According to her, she would want to see songs that will touch the lives of different persons from all facets of life

She advised other artiste in her genre of music to be focused and not be distracted even if they are yet to be known or make money.

“Hardwork and dedication are virtues that pay,” she says.

While speaking on her recent project she says that ” I have just released a single that declares a prophetic utterances that this year will be a blessing to everyone.

Saying, “I’m going to make it whether enemies like it or not”.
