‘Nothing spoil’ – Davido reacts to AY’s apology

Afrobeat musician David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has responded to comedian AY’s public apology after his inappropriate joke. In the joke, AY made insensitive remarks about Davido impregnating multiple women with his small manhood, while AY himself had been trying for over 13 years with his larger one.

This joke received backlash from internet users, who criticized the comedian for disrespecting his fellow entertainer in public. In response to the criticism, AY posted an apology on Instagram, explaining that his words were misunderstood by blogs.

He wrote: “I am very sorry for the way that joke came out in Warri. You have every right to be angry after seeing how it was used by blogs. Please understand that we are all constantly learning in the entertainment business. I deserve any backlash coming my way for the poorly delivered joke in Warri. So, no excuses at all, my Aburo. No reason for them. I remain your number one fan, and I love you, @davido.”

In response to the apology, Davido commented on AY’s post to reassure him that everything is okay.

He wrote: “Nothing spoil baba mi.”
