Renowned Nigerian chef Hilda Effiong Bassey, professionally known as Hilda Baci, has recently expressed her preference for a partner who doesn’t possess culinary skills.

In an interview that garnered attention on various social media platforms, she explained that she adores cooking and doesn’t desire a man who could potentially overshadow her in the kitchen.

Having previously held the prestigious Guinness World Record, Hilda conveyed that her form of affection can be witnessed through her preparation of delightful meals for her loved ones.

In the viral podcast video circulated on X (previously known as Twitter), Baci articulated, “I am not interested in a man who knows how to cook. It’s not something I desire. I have an immense passion for cooking. Those close to me can attest to the fact that I express my love through the act of sending them food or cooking for them. This is particularly true when it comes to my romantic partner.”

“You can wake me up in the middle of the night and say, ‘Babe, I want a doughnut. I want meat pie.’ And I’m flying to the kitchen to make it for you. That’s my thing. I want a man that can order me food. If you don’t have a problem with ordering me food, I’m in love.”
