Davido grieves the passing of Access Bank CEO Herbert Wigwe.

Renowned Nigerian musician, David Adekele popularly known as Davido, has expressed his condolences and paid his respects to the late Herbert Wigwe, the beloved CEO of Access Bank.

Herbert, along with his wife and son, tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash in California near the Nevada border on Saturday, February 10, as per reports.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that the Eurocopter EC130 helicopter went down in Nipton, California, around 10 p.m. local time.

The sudden passing of Herbert Wigwe has left a void in the hearts of many, including Davido, who acknowledges Wigwe’s exceptional leadership and dedication to greatness.

The artist took to social media to express his sorrow over the loss of Herbert Wigwe and offered his prayers and condolences.

He wrote, “I pray for strength and comfort for the Wigwe family”.
