The good people of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese Ancient Kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State have been urged to support the administration of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
The Igwe Elect of the community, Chief Aloysius Chidozie Ogbonna Jnr, gave this advice on Monday through his new month message as we enter the second half of the year.
He stated that Governor Mbah’s vision for the state aligns with the principles of justice, development, and prosperity. Therefore, he emphasized the need for community members to rally behind this vision and provide the necessary physical, moral, and spiritual support.
Chief Ogbonna highlighted the importance of unity and cooperation among the people. Referencing Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, he urged the community to embody the principles in the biblical quote by supporting each other and their leaders.
Furthermore, the Igwe Elect drew on the wisdom of Aristotle, noting that “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” He explained that by standing together and supporting Governor Mbah’s administration, the community could achieve greater progress and stability.
