Adam Levine and Wife Behati Prinsloo Sell California Estate for $60 Million After Three Years
American pop star Adam Levine and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo have officially sold their luxurious Montecito, California estate for a staggering $60 million, marking one of the biggest celebrity property deals of 2025.
According to reports from TMZ, the couple initially bought the stunning property three years ago for $52 million and managed to close the new deal on October 7, 2025, earning an impressive profit. The listing was jointly managed by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Robert Riskin of Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties.
Originally built by actor Rob Lowe in 2009, the 13,000-square-foot residence sits on nearly 3.5 acres of prime Montecito land and offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the ocean and mountains. The estate also includes two guest houses, a fully equipped gym, a tennis court, a home theater, a koi pond, and even a chicken coop.
The property underwent a complete redesign by Clements Design, the same world-renowned interior design firm behind luxury projects for celebrities such as the Kardashians and Bruno Mars.
Sources close to the couple revealed that Levine and Prinsloo decided to sell the mansion to move closer to their children’s school, prioritizing family convenience over luxury living.
The couple, who tied the knot on March 19, 2014, in Los Angeles, remain one of Hollywood’s most admired pairs. Their decision to sell has sparked interest among real estate enthusiasts, as Montecito continues to attract A-list homeowners, including Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry.
