“Anyone Against US Action is Enemy of Nigeria” – Nigerian in US Speaks Out

A Nigerian living in the United States has gone viral after publicly expressing his support for a potential US military intervention in Nigeria.

The statement follows remarks by US President Donald Trump, who highlighted the increasing attacks on Christians in Nigeria and suggested that American forces might step in to address security challenges.

Princewill Odidi, the Nigerian expatriate, shared his views on Facebook, insisting that the Nigerian government should welcome foreign assistance in combating insecurity.

“While many Nigerians believe Boko Haram attacks affect all communities, we did not want additional economic sanctions that would hurt ordinary citizens,” Odidi said.

Backing the possible intervention, Odidi added, “Yesterday Trump suggested the possibility of US military intervention. I support that 100 percent.

I also think the Nigerian government should be jubilating and welcome US military intervention in Nigeria to wipe out Boko Haram, herdsmen killings, and even gunmen killings in the East.”

He further stated that anyone opposing the potential intervention, in his view, is acting against Nigeria’s national interests.
