The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has rejected claims by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that Governor Monday Okpebholo was “selected” rather than elected.
According to Prince Kassim Afegbua, a member of the APC’s transition committee, the people of Edo State gave their mandate to Okpebholo to govern the state for the next four years.
