Asake is scheduled to be the main act at Madison Square Garden.

On June 10, 2024, Asake unveiled his “Lungu Boy Tour” for the year on his social media platforms and revealed plans for the release of his third album.

The tour will commence with a standout show at Afronation on July 29, 2024, in Portmatio and will feature another headline act at the renowned Wireless Festival in London.

As part of this tour, Asake is scheduled to headline major arenas in the United States, including the Capital One Arena in Washington DC, the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, the Toyota Centre in Houston, and the illustrious Madison Square Garden in New York.

His selection of these iconic venues underscores his prominent status as one of Nigeria’s most prominent artists.

In 2023, the artist, celebrated for his Grammy nominations and chart-topping hits, joined the ranks of Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy as Nigerian artists who have headlined the O2 Arena in London, with Rema also later joining this exclusive group.

With his upcoming headline showcase at Madison Square Garden, Asake will become the fourth Nigerian artist, following Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido, to achieve this milestone at the legendary venue.
