Biden Reflects on Selection of Kamala Harris as Vice President: “The Best Decision I Ever Made”

Outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden has expressed that choosing Kamala Harris as his vice president was his most significant decision. In a recent post on X, he praised Harris for her integrity, courage, and commitment to public service, stating, “She has been an incredible partner.”

Despite losing the presidential election to Republican candidate Donald Trump by a substantial margin, Biden highlighted Harris’s leadership during a challenging campaign.

He referred to her as a representation of the best American values and expressed confidence in her ability to continue advocating for justice, freedom, and opportunities for all citizens.

Biden noted, “Selecting Kamala was the very first decision I made when I became the nominee in 2020. It was the best decision I made.”

He anticipates that Harris will persist in her efforts to lead and inspire future generations, reinforcing the notion that she will remain a guiding figure for young Americans.
