Chelsea Offer Nicolas Jackson to Manchester United, Newcastle, and AC Milan
Chelsea have offered striker Nicolas Jackson to Manchester United, Newcastle United, and AC Milan as the club prepares for a possible departure of the Senegalese forward this summer.
Jackson, 24, has led Chelsea’s attack for the past two seasons but is now expected to face reduced playing time following the arrivals of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.
As a result, the Blues are open to letting him leave, with an asking price of around £80 million. A loan move is also being considered, but it would likely include an obligation to buy.
Although linked with both United and Newcastle, neither side has made Jackson a top priority. Both clubs are currently focused on securing RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko.
Newcastle have already submitted a bid worth over £70 million plus add-ons and are awaiting a decision from the Slovenian within 48 hours. The club is also open to selling Alexander Isak if they succeed in landing Sesko.
Manchester United have also intensified their efforts, recently sending a delegation to Germany for talks. Jackson’s next move may largely depend on how the Sesko saga unfolds.
AC Milan have also been approached regarding a potential deal for Jackson, while more clubs are expected to express interest before the transfer window closes.
