Chief Aloysius Ogbonna Commends Governor Mbah for Successful PDP Congress, Congratulates Dr. Chukwunwike

Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu State has been extolled for his handling of the affairs of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu, which has culminated in the success of the congresses.

Recall that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had concluded its Congress on Saturday, producing the state leadership of the party across the nation, which also saw the emergence of Dr. Martin Chukwunwike as the State Party Chairman.

Congratulating the Governor and the new party leadership on Tuesday through a press statement, the Igwe Elect of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese Ancient Kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State, Chief Aloysius Chidozie Ogbonna Jnr., said Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has once more shown why he is a proven leader.

He emphasized that the emergence of Dr. Chukwunwike is a step in the right direction, given his impressive track record in leadership and governance. Dr. Chukwunwike, a proud son of Isuawa in Awgu Local Government Area, has previously served as the Commissioner for Housing in Enugu State, where he significantly reformed the housing sector, attracting numerous investors and fostering community development.

Chief Ogbonna further expressed confidence that Dr. Chukwunwike would excel as the PDP State Chairman, as he has shown an understanding of the people’s needs and the ability to lead with care and vision.

He also praised the peaceful and transparent nature of the congresses, crediting Governor Mbah’s leadership for ensuring a smooth process.

I, Chief Aloysius Chidozie Ogbonna Jnr., Ikemba Enugu, and Igwe Elect of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese Ancient Kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State, am very happy to congratulate Dr. Martin Chukwunwike on his election as the State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State.

Dr. Chukwunwike’s selection shows that he has what it takes to lead the party. As a proud son of Isuawa in Awgu Local Government Area, his work as the Commissioner for Housing in Enugu State has been outstanding. During his time, he changed the housing sector in the state, bringing in many investors and helping to develop our communities.
