Comedian Ali Baba Allegedly Evicted from Victoria Island Mansion.

Renowned Nigerian comedian, Ali Baba, is reportedly no longer residing in his Victoria Island mansion following an alleged eviction.

Sources indicate that Ali Baba, along with his company XQZMOI TV, was evicted from the property at 324A Akin Ogunlewe Street by bailiffs acting on a writ of possession issued by the Federal High Court on August 15, 2025.

The mansion, reportedly purchased by Ali Baba in 2021 through the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) for ₦220 million, became the center of a legal dispute.

AMCON claimed it was recovering debts allegedly owed by Harold Expansion Industries Nigeria Limited, while Harold Expansion argued that the debts had already been settled. Their lawyer, Benjamin Olayiwola Sadibo, described the property’s sale as wrongful.

Despite widespread media coverage, Ali Baba and his management team have not yet publicly responded to the reports.

The development has sparked conversations online, with fans and followers expressing concern over the comedian’s alleged eviction and the ongoing legal dispute surrounding the property.
