Court Throws Out Bobrisky’s N1.2 Billion Lawsuit Against EFCC and NASS

A Federal High Court in Lagos has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Bobrisky against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the National Assembly (NASS).

Bobrisky had sought N200 million from the EFCC for alleged psychotic trauma and N1 billion from NASS for violating his right to a fair hearing.

However, the court ruled that Bobrisky’s claims lacked merit and were unsupported by credible evidence.
