DR. Henry Ajaelu celebrates his 40th Birthday
The Head of Department, Quantity and Survey, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Dr. Henry Chidiebere Ajaelu, today, July 22nd, celebrates his 40th birthday.
Dr. Henry, who holds two PhDs in both Environmental Management and Quantity Surveying, hails from Amakohia-Ekwere Ocha, Ihitte-Uboma LGA of Imo State. He has authored over 45 scholarly publications, contributing to sustainable development and construction innovation. As a lecturer and Head of Department of Quantity and Survey, he led a successful hosting of the Department’s 1st International Conference, themed “The Quantity Surveyors’ Edge.” Professionally, he serves as a Registered Quantity Surveyor and Consultant in Udi LGA, Enugu State, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS). Outside the classroom, he served as an Official Rapporteur at the QSRBN Annual Assembly in Abuja. He currently serves as National Auditor of the ESUT Ex-student Leaders’ Association and as coordinator of Research and Development for the NIQS Enugu Chapter.
In recognition of his community and faith-based impact, he was honored with the “PILLAR AWARD” by the Catholic Men Organization of St. Michael Parish, Premier Layout, Enugu. He was titled “Ezi Nwa were Ugwu” by the Catholic Women Organization of his hometown parish. Dr. Henry also plays a leadership role in Icon Sports Club and is a member of All Stars Isinweke veterans, Ihitte-Uboma LGA, encouraging healthy living and unity among men. At 40, Dr. Henry Chidiebere Ajaelu stands as a symbol of service, vision, and humility. He is a man who builds legacies, inspires lives, and aims to reach higher.
