“Dr. Onoh Swears in Five Supervisors, Urges Them to Enhance Service Delivery and Drive Development”

The Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area of Enugu State, Dr. Ibenaku Harford Onoh, on Tuesday, swore in five Supervisors of the LGA as part of his efforts to strengthen grassroots leadership and deliver improved democratic benefits to the people.

Swearing in the Supervisors, Dr. Onoh charged them to be diligent in their respective offices, emphasizing that their roles are crucial in driving the administration’s policies at the grassroots.

He reminded them that their appointments were based on competence, integrity, and a shared vision for the progress of Enugu North Local Government Area, thus urging them to work in synergy with the council leadership to ensure effective service delivery in their designated sectors.

Dr. Onoh also expressed confidence that their contributions would foster positive changes across various sectors and improve governance at the local level, while also urging them to build on the achievements of the council, particularly in education, health, infrastructure, agriculture, and human capital development, ensuring that ongoing projects and initiatives are further strengthened in line with the visions of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu State.

He reiterated that Enugu North Local Government Area remains a critical part of the state and must continue to set the pace in grassroots governance and sustainable development.

The newly appointed Supervisors include

  1. Uchenna Ozokwo (Education).
  2. Madueke Alum (Works)
  3. ⁠Uche Arum (Agriculture)
  4. ⁠Chinedu Agbo (Health)
  5. ⁠Ifeoma Onwuasoranya (Finance).
