Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah’s administration in Enugu State has ushered in a new era marked by notable achievements. One significant milestone was the resolution of the prolonged sit-at-home order, fostering a return to normalcy and economic activities within the state.

Furthermore, Governor Mbah prioritized the security of Enugu State, implementing measures to enhance the efficiency of security services, ensuring optimal protection for its residents.

Water scarcity, a persistent challenge, became a focus area for the administration, reflecting Mbah’s unwavering commitment to providing a sustainable water supply across the state. The governor also took decisive steps to elevate Enugu to one of Nigeria’s cleanest states, revamping the ESWAMA management board, and investing in quality trucks and bins for waste management.

Governor Mbah’s commitment to public safety extended to the establishment of the Distress Response Squad (DRS) and the installation of CCTV gadgets in strategic locations, bolstering the state’s overall security infrastructure.

The administration demonstrated fiscal responsibility by cutting the cost of governance and appointing highly qualified individuals as commissioners and Special Advisers.

Governor Mbah’s impact on Enugu’s justice system was evident through various achievements, including the establishment of an electricity bill and rigorous training for law reporting officers to enhance the quality of justice delivery.

In collaboration with the Chief of Naval Staff, Governor Mbah initiated the revitalization of the dam at Uzo-Uwani, showcasing his commitment to strategic partnerships for the state’s development.

The declaration of a state of emergency on road infrastructure led to the prompt fixing of roads riddled with potholes across Enugu State, significantly improving the overall transportation network.

Education witnessed a transformation under Governor Mbah’s administration, marked by the construction of a world-class school spanning the three geopolitical zones in the state. The governor also prioritized the provision of quality educational materials through agencies like ENSUBEB and PPSMB.
