The governor’s declaration that all political appointees will be evaluated based on performance benchmarks set for Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) reflects his relentless pursuit of excellence within his team.

Governor Mba’s strategic leadership prowess was brilliantly showcased during the retreat, where distinguished experts such as Prof. Joseph Urama of the African Development Bank, Dr. Ibukun Awosika, Linus Okorie, Dr. Joe Abah, Dr. Sam Onyia, and Prof. Chukwumerije Okereke were brought together.
