“Fubara can’t change sitting venue of House of Assembly” – Falana

According to Femi Falana, a senior advocate of Nigeria and a human rights lawyer, Governor Siminalayi Fubara does not have the authority to determine the location where the Rivers State House of Assembly holds its meetings.

Falana made this declaration during an interview on Sunday Politics, a program broadcasted by Channels Television.
