Governor Sim Fubara Assures Victory in Political Showdown Against Nyesom Wike.

In a recent declaration, Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State expressed confidence in his ability to triumph in his ongoing political contest with Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

Fubara made these remarks during the Christmas Ballad event, organized by former Rivers State Governor Peter Odili, held in Port Harcourt.

Fubara emphasized that his anticipation of victory is largely attributed to the unwavering support he has received from the people of Rivers State.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nelson Chukwudi, Fubara highlighted the significant encouragement he derives from the residents, stating, “Every day that passes, my resolve strengthens as I witness the backing I have from the true Rivers people.”

He acknowledged the collective efforts of the community, saying, “It is not merely my strength; it derives from all of you who are present.

Fubara underscored his belief that the ultimate source of strength lies in divine support, asserting, “We are firmly convinced that God Almighty remains the ultimate liberator and warrior in our endeavor, and with Him on our side, victory is inevitable.”
