Hon. Prisca Okeke Applauds Enugu NANS Chairman for His Leadership Impact

The Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State, Hon. Comrade Prisca Okeke, praises the Enugu NANS Chairman.

The Emeritus Chairman of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State on Students Affairs, Hon. Comrade Prisca Okeke, praises the incumbent Chairman, Comrade Ali Cajectan, for his leadership impact in Enugu State.

She stated that at the National Association of Nigerian Students Summit in the Institution of Management Technology (IMT), where she mentioned it. She stated that leadership is not a bed of roses but the ability to put things together makes you a leader, citing from when she was the National Association of Nigerian Students Enugu State (NANS). My administration did well, but not to compare with Comrade Ali Cajectan’s administration; I give respect to this leadership impact they have shown in Enugu State.

What do you tell the people while pleading for votes? As a student leader, try to deliver the mandate the people have given to you to protect them. She positioned that a student leader is automatically a public speaker because you must need to pass information. I paid for a lot of public speaking training, and I got a lot for free. I encourage Nigerian students to learn how to do public speaking; you say your name very loudly, it is the most important information before any title you have, and building confidence to enable them to speak well, she advised.

She further said that student leadership is not for everybody because school will select you as a mandate, showing that you have no atom of cultism and you are qualified to lead. I encourage Nigerian students to carry themselves as leaders, and one day there will be a reward, she said.
