Talented musician, Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, popularly known as Khaid, recently opened up about his journey to success.
Prior to being signed to Neville Records by comedian Sydney Talker, Khaid had taken on various odd jobs to make a living.
The 18-year-old shared that he had worked as a painter and a car mechanic before achieving stardom in the music industry.
During an appearance on the Hip TV program “Trending,” which was hosted by reality star KimOprah, Khaid revealed these details about his past.
The talented artist, Khaid, popular for his hit track “Anabella,” has expressed his unwavering belief in his destined path to greatness. He emphasized that the various menial jobs he undertook were an intrinsic part of his journey.He said, “I see everything as programming.
At that time when I was a car mechanic, I knew it was just programmed for me to be there at that time. I knew it was necessary for me to be there at that time. I knew that was not where I was going to be forever.
But I just knew it was necessary for me to go through that process either for something that’s coming in the future or something that’s gonna happen at that time.
“I knew it was a process at that time. And I vibed with the process until I got to where I felt like is where I’m going to.”
