“I will never love again”– SZA
SZA, the American R&B singer, has made a bold declaration on social media, stating that she intends to abstain from romantic relationships for the rest of her life.
The singer, whose real name is Solána Imani Rowe, took to her X handle on Thursday to express her sentiments, describing romantic relationships as a “disease.”
In her post, SZA emphatically stated, “I never want to be romantically interested in another human being again in my entire life. That stuff is a disease.”
SZA’s statement comes after she has been linked to several high-profile figures in the past, including rapper Travis Scott and fellow singer Kehlani.
Although Kehlani later publicly identified as a lesbian, SZA has never openly discussed her own sexuality. In a rare admission, SZA revealed in a 2020 tweet that she had a brief romance with rapper Drake in 2009.
It appears that SZA is now resolute in her decision to steer clear of romantic entanglements, opting instead for a life of singledom.
