“I’ll Quit Music Once My Guys Blow” – Odumodublvck Vows to Step Back for His Team

Popular Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has declared that he plans to quit music once every member of his rap collective, Anti World Gangstars, becomes successful.

The hip-hop star made the statement via a post on X (formerly Twitter), emphasizing that he’ll step away from the spotlight once his team members achieve their individual breakthroughs.

“Once all my nggas make it in music, I’m out,” he wrote, triggering reactions from fans who praised his loyalty and selflessness.

The Anti World Gangstars consists of five rappers Odumodublvck, Agunna, Fatboy E, Reeplay, and Shagba—as well as their producer and engineer, Cross. While Odumodublvck is currently the most prominent member of the group, he has made it clear that the collective’s success remains his top priority.

Rising to fame with his 2023 hit “Declan Rice”, which he once described as “the most impactful Nigerian hip-hop song ever,” Odumodublvck has since worked with major names including Davido, Skepta, and Stormzy. Despite his growing influence, he remains grounded in his mission to uplift his crew.

Although the rest of the group is still gaining traction in the industry, Odumodublvck’s growing platform has brought them increasing visibility.

Fans have hailed the rapper’s commitment, calling him a “real one” for putting the success of his brothers above personal ambition.
