“I’m number 1 musician in West Africa” – Speed Darlington

Nigerian rapper, Speed Darlington, has become the center of controversy once again as he boldly declares himself the top musician in West Africa.

In a recent appearance on the ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ podcast hosted by content creator, Bae U Barbie, the ‘Akpi’ singer confidently stated that he is currently the most popular musician in the subregion.

Speed Darlington took the opportunity to address comparisons between himself and another controversial singer, Portable.


The rapper firmly warned fans to refrain from comparing him to Portable, as he believes he is the superior artist and a bonafide star.


“I am the number one musician/celebrity in West Africa. No one is hotter than me,” he claimed.
