A young woman known online as MissNtabeni has gone viral after revealing how a playful pregnancy prank on her parents unexpectedly turned into a real-life shock.

According to her post on X (formerly Twitter), she jokingly told her parents she was pregnant, expecting them to laugh it off. Instead, the news alarmed them, prompting them to immediately inform her older brothers.

The situation escalated when she returned home. Her family insisted she take a pregnancy test to prove she was only joking. However, what was meant to clear the air took an unexpected turn.

MissNtabeni revealed that the test came back positive, confirming she was actually pregnant.

“I pranked my parents that I was pregnant 😭 so they reported to my elder brothers. When I came back home, they forced me to take a pregnancy test and the results came out positive 😭😭.”
