Iyabo Ojo initiates legal action against Lizzy Anjorin, seeks 500 million naira in damages

Popular Nigerian actress, Iyabo Ojo, has taken legal action against Lizzy Anjorin by filing a libel lawsuit. In this lawsuit, Iyabo Ojo is seeking N500,000,000 in damages. The ongoing feud between the two actresses has been marked by alternating periods of intense animosity and attempts by their colleagues to reconcile them.

One specific conflict arose when Lizzy Anjorin started referring to Iyabo Ojo as ‘Sepeteri,’ to which Iyabo Ojo clarified that it was not her name, but rather the name of a Nigerian village. However, Lizzy Anjorin persisted in creating additional derogatory names for Iyabo Ojo.

Subsequently, Iyabo Ojo initiated legal proceedings against Lizzy Anjorin, making various accusations against her. Through her legal representatives, Iyabo Ojo is demanding 500 million naira as compensation in this lawsuit.

She planned to sue VeryDarkman, who made more defamatory remarks, Iyabo Ojo advised the individual to be patient and wait.
