Kaduna Governor Uba Sani Appoints Ben Solomon Dalhatu Kure as Managing Director of Kaduna State Media Corporation

Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has officially appointed Ben Solomon Dalhatu Kure as the new Managing Director of the Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC).

The appointment was confirmed in a statement released over the weekend by Ibraheem Musa, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary.

Kure succeeds Ahmed Maiyaki, who recently took up the position of Commissioner for Information in Kaduna State.

The Governor expressed confidence that Kure would build upon Maiyaki’s tenure, which was marked by significant efforts to reposition and strengthen the state media corporation.

Prior to this new role, Ben Kure served as Chairman of Jaba Local Government Area from 2016 to 2017. He also held the position of Executive Secretary at the Kaduna State Emergency Management Agency between 2018 and 2019, and later served as Special Adviser on Political Matters to Governor Uba Sani from 2019 to 2021.

Governor Uba Sani’s administration continues to focus on appointing experienced and capable individuals to drive development and good governance in Kaduna State.
