Kanye West’s Former Assistant in Hiding Amid Explosive Sexual Assault and Harassment Lawsuit
Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, is reportedly in hiding and fearing for her safety after filing a civil lawsuit against the rapper, now legally known as Ye, accusing him of sexual assault, harassment, trafficking, and stalking.
Pisciotta, 36, initially filed her case in June 2024, claiming she was sexually harassed, wrongfully terminated, and subjected to an unsafe work environment while working for West starting in 2021. However, updated legal documents filed in July 2025 now include severe allegations of sex trafficking, rape, and a coordinated campaign of intimidation aimed at silencing her.
Her lawyer, Arick Fudali, told the BBC that Pisciotta has erased most of her online presence and gone into hiding due to ongoing threats and harassment. “She’s been suffering since she started working for Mr. West,” Fudali said, adding that the lawsuit has taken a serious emotional toll on her.
One of the most disturbing incidents detailed in the amended complaint involved a “swatting” episode. Pisciotta claims law enforcement raided her Florida residence after receiving a false tip that she had murdered her mother an incident she believes was orchestrated by West to intimidate her. She also alleges receiving threatening phone calls warning her not to proceed with the legal case.
The lawsuit outlines several explicit claims, including that West once entered her hotel room while she was working on his DONDA album, used her shower, and later came out exposing himself before allegedly forcing her into a non-consensual sexual act.
Pisciotta also states that West often had sexual encounters with staff at Yeezy headquarters, filmed them, and sent the videos to her unsolicited. She further claims he frequently texted her about sexual fantasies involving her and exposed staff to antisemitic and racist behavior.
Her legal team plans to present West’s past social media posts and lyrics as part of the evidence in court. Fudali noted that West has called himself a “walking Me Too” and released a song titled Heil Hitler, which the lawyer believes reflects West’s pattern of harmful conduct.
In response, West’s spokesperson previously dismissed Pisciotta’s claims as “fantasy fiction,” pointing out inconsistencies across the different versions of her lawsuit. “We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury,” the statement read.
The civil case is expected to return to court next month in the United States. If the accusations are proven, it could mark one of the most serious legal and reputational challenges Kanye West has ever faced.
