Khloé Kardashian Addresses Weight Loss Rumors, Denies Using Ozempic: “I’m Still Me No Matter the Size”
Khloé Kardashian is breaking her silence on the intense speculation and criticism surrounding her dramatic weight loss. The reality star and entrepreneur has firmly denied claims that she used the diabetes drug Ozempic a medication recently linked to rapid weight loss among celebrities.
Speaking candidly on her podcast “Khloé in Wonderland” during a conversation with fitness influencer Whitney Simmons, Khloé opened up about her long, complicated relationship with body image, fame, and public scrutiny.
Khloé reflected on years of being criticized for her appearance, stating that ironically, she felt more confident when she was heavier because she had already internalized the insults people hurled at her.
“The bigger I was, the more confident I felt. I already knew what people were going to say, so it didn’t faze me. But as I started losing weight, I began feeling pressure not for my health, but to keep up an image.”
She admitted that once she slimmed down, she received more attention, which made her uncomfortable and self-conscious. Instead of celebrating her transformation, some critics accused her of betraying the “body positivity” movement and losing her charm.
“Suddenly, I wasn’t funny anymore. I wasn’t real anymore. I was being labeled a traitor to the bigger girl community. But the truth is I’m still me. I’ve just changed physically.”
Khloé addressed one of the most persistent rumours: that her transformation was the result of using Ozempic, a drug designed for type 2 diabetes but increasingly popular as a weight-loss aid. She flatly denied ever using it and emphasized that her journey was based on fitness, discipline, and emotional growth—not shortcuts.
“I didn’t use Ozempic. I’ve worked hard for where I am, and I’ve been open about my process.”
Despite the backlash and shifting public opinion, Khloé maintains that her identity has not changed.
“No matter my size, I’m still Khloé. My value isn’t tied to my body. It took me a while to realize that, but now I’m focused on being healthy inside and out.”
Her candid revelations have sparked new conversations about the pressure women especially celebrities face to conform to certain beauty standards, and the criticism they endure whether they gain or lose weight.
