A Nigerian lady has stirred emotions online after revealing a painful message she received from her ex-boyfriend, who is now married.

He reportedly told her she was “fading every day” and reminded her not to forget that she’s “a woman.” According to her, the message felt like an attempt to reopen old emotional wounds.

The married ex went on to advise her to “settle down” if she found someone she loved, insisting that “no one is perfect” and she shouldn’t wait for the ideal man since “even you aren’t perfect.”

The lady, however, gave him a bold and witty response that quickly won the admiration of social media users.

Many condemned the man’s actions, describing his message as manipulative and disrespectful, especially coming from a married man.
