Leeds United Reach Agreement with Noah Okafor, Await Milan’s Final Approval

Leeds United have reportedly struck an agreement with AC Milan striker Noah Okafor, though the Italian giants have not yet given the final approval for the deal to go through.

According to Italian journalist Luca Bianchin of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Leeds are pushing for a permanent transfer but must still secure Milan’s consent before completing the move.

Okafor, who returned to San Siro this summer after a six-month loan spell at Napoli where he won the 2024–25 Serie A title, has attracted strong interest across Europe. Bologna were also in talks to sign the 25-year-old but failed to reach an agreement.

The Swiss forward joined Milan from RB Salzburg in 2023 for €15.5 million and has scored seven goals in 43 Serie A appearances between his time at Milan and Napoli.

He impressed in pre-season with three goals and was introduced as a substitute during Milan’s 2-0 Coppa Italia win over Bari on Sunday.

Leeds remain hopeful of securing Milan’s approval soon as they push to finalize the move.
