“Little Girl Goes Viral After Saying Jesus Was Born in Nigeria, Leaves Mum Speechless”
A Nigerian mother has sparked online amusement after her young daughter confidently wrote in a school exam that Jesus was born in Nigeria, a mistake that caused her to fail her Christian Religious Studies (CRS) test.
Despite reportedly scoring full marks in all her other subjects, the little girl missed the CRS question because she relocated Bethlehem to Nigeria in her answer without any hesitation.
In a viral TikTok video posted by her mother, identified as @toviaofure1, the woman is seen quizzing her daughter again at home.
The child answered every question correctly until she was asked where Jesus was born. With bold certainty, she repeated the same answer that cost her marks:
“Jesus was born in Nigeria.”
Her mum immediately burst into laughter, joking that her daughter had successfully moved Jesus “from Bethlehem to Lagos.”
The clip has generated widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians praising the girl’s confidence and sense of conviction. One commenter joked:
“Maybe Jesus did NYSC in Nigeria. Give her some marks.”
Another wrote:
“This child must be from the tribe of confidence. No shaking.”
