During a parliamentary session, Ozodinobi referenced a biblical analogy to highlight the potential consequences faced by the defectors, emphasizing that their move is unlikely to lead to a prosperous political future.

The Labour Party, from which the lawmakers defected, expressed disappointment in their actions and announced plans to initiate legal measures to rectify the situation.
