NanoEdge Launches 6-Month Remote Accelerator to Train Next Generation of Software Developers in Nigeria.
In a strategic effort to reduce youth unemployment and equip Nigerians with globally in-demand skills, leading edtech company NanoEdge has launched the Remote Tech Career Accelerator, a 6-month intensive training program designed to transform beginners into job-ready software developers.
The program built specifically for Africans with little or no prior tech experience focuses on hands-on learning, real-world projects, and career readiness.
It combines live classes, one-on-one mentorship, and portfolio-building support to ensure that participants not only learn to code but can also compete in the global remote job market.
According to Bona Akubue, founder of NanoEdge, the program is about more than just training:
“We created this accelerator because the traditional path to tech jobs is broken for many. Our goal is simple: in six months, we want our students to go from zero to job-ready with confidence, skills, and a solid portfolio to prove it.”
Key highlights of the 6-month Remote Tech Career Accelerator include:
· Beginner-friendly live classes taught by senior developers
· Over 7 real-world projects to build a strong software portfolio
· Career coaching, interview prep, and CV/LinkedIn optimization
· Lifetime access to recorded sessions and resources
Bonus materials worth over ₦1.5 Million, including coding challenges, checklists, and mock interviews.
The program has already attracted lots of early applicants from across Nigeria, with participants expressing excitement over its structured, job-focused approach to tech learning.
Enrollment for the July 2025 cohort is currently open via https://nanoedgeng.com. Slots are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
