Ned Nwoko reveals Regina Daniels’ alleged addiction struggles as cause of marital crisis
Senator Ned Nwoko has opened up about the alleged issues in his marriage to actress Regina Daniels, claiming that her struggles with addiction and violent outbursts are at the heart of their ongoing marital crisis.
In a statement shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, the politician detailed a series of recent incidents, alleging that Regina assaulted three domestic staff members, damaged cars and property, and caused chaos in their home while he was away.
Nwoko linked the reported behavior to what he described as Regina’s ongoing battle with drugs and alcohol, noting that efforts had been made to help her get professional rehabilitation, both in Nigeria and abroad.
According to him, she was offered options for treatment in Asokoro or Jordan, where access to such substances would be restricted, but she allegedly refused to comply. He also claimed that she threatened a nurse who tried to expose her situation.
The senator further alleged that Regina’s brother, Sammy, and another person named Ann were among those supplying her with drugs, warning that without intervention, her health and safety could be at risk.
Nwoko emphasized that none of his other wives had ever accused him of abuse or mistreatment, asserting that the current unrest stems solely from Regina’s alleged actions.
The revelation has sparked widespread reactions online, with fans and the public closely following the developments surrounding the couple’s high-profile marriage.
