A Nigerian man was left speechless after spotting the enormous amount of food a first-year student brought to school, in what is now a viral TikTok video.
The clip, shared by TikTok user @absurants, shows the fresher arriving on campus with enough supplies to stock a mini grocery store. Items included tubers of yam, a bucket of onions, a bag of rice, a gallon of groundnut oil, and several other essentials neatly packed into his hostel room.
The onlooker jokingly remarked that the student “really meant business” and clearly wasn’t ready to go hungry while at school. The video’s caption read: “Omo, this fresher really mean business o. So this fresher no dey play o.”
