Nkechi Blessing Has Woman Arrested for Secretly Photographing Her at the Gym
Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing recently revealed that she had a woman arrested for secretly taking a photo of her at the gym without consent, an incident that left her visibly emotional.
Speaking on the Honest Bunch Podcast, the actress lamented the circulation of the image online, which she described as body shaming.
Nkechi, a mother of a six-year-old, emphasized that she has always been confident in her natural body.
“This is my body, this is how I’ve always been. I have a six-year-old son. You get BBL, you dey snap me wey get natural body… I found her and got her arrested,” she said.
Nkechi also criticized the gym management for initially withholding information that could have helped identify the person responsible for the photo.
She further called out individuals who undergo cosmetic procedures yet mock women with natural bodies, stressing the importance of respect and consent.
The incident has reignited discussions online about privacy, consent, and the ongoing scrutiny women face regarding their bodies, especially in public and social spaces.
