NNPP criticizes Tinubu for causing unwarranted suffering to Nigerians.

The New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, has strongly criticized President Bola Tinubu’s leadership style, arguing that it has resulted in immense hardships for the Nigerian population.

Malam Aminu Ibrahim Ringim, the leader of NNPP and former gubernatorial candidate in Jigawa State, expressed these concerns during a gathering at his residence in Dutse, where he received numerous APC and PDP loyalists who defected to NNPP.

Ringim characterized Tinubu’s administration as dictatorial and maintained that, despite Nigeria’s wealth of resources, citizens should not have to endure the current difficulties under the APC-led government.

According to Ringim, his party had initially given the ruling party the benefit of the doubt for nearly a year as the opposition.

However, with no tangible progress to show for it, NNPP has decided to challenge the ruling party at both the national and state levels. The purpose of the gathering in Jigawa State was to meet with NNPP leaders from all 27 local governments to discuss and develop strategies aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by Nigerians.

Ringim emphasized that as an opposition party, NNPP is determined not to let the situation persist and will take action to address it.

He Said;

“We must challenge the ruling party to do what is right, as Nigerians are entitled to survive without untold hardship.”
