Noble Igwe Shares Heartfelt Note to Unborn Son, Reflects on Family and Fatherhood
Nigerian media personality Noble Igwe has shared an emotional and heartfelt note to his soon-to-arrive son, reflecting on family, love, and the joy of parenthood.
Sharing a touching video on Instagram, Noble celebrated his two daughters while expressing excitement about welcoming his son. He emphasized his role as their father while letting his wife embrace the role of mother to their newborn.
In the heartfelt message, he described his hopes of raising his son in a nurturing household filled with love, laughter, prayer, travel, and unforgettable moments.
He wrote:
“Getting ready to walk into the theatre today to welcome a new addition to our family, my mind has been racing. All I can think about is that you, little one, are about to meet two of the most incredible young girls I’ve ever known. I don’t just say that because they’re mine; if you’ve ever met Jax and Popps, you’d know they’re simply too cool for school. Two completely different personalities, yet equally awesome in their own ways.
Dear Son,
In a few moments, I will finally get to meet you, but know that I’m not alone. You already have two sisters, ages 8 and 6, who have been losing sleep out of pure excitement, counting down the days until you arrive. They are beautiful, unique, and full of love.
Jasmine, nicknamed Jax, is the eldest. She’s eight years older than you, and by the time you discover cartoons and kids’ shows, she may already be moving on to bigger interests. But don’t worry, you’ll create new memories together, ones just as special, if not more.
Then there’s Big Popps, Eliana. She’s six, closer to your age, and will likely be your partner-in-crime as you grow. She has what adults teasingly call a “resting bi&&$ face,” but don’t be fooled, she’s all heart, sweet to the core. These two are inseparable, and while I know you’ll find your place, please don’t come between them. Instead, learn from them. They never scribbled on the walls, never shattered picture frames, and even when they fought, Jax always found a way to restore peace.
Your mum, the Chairman, is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She jokes that she won’t compete with me for your attention, and maybe that’s true. So here’s the balance: I’ll stay the girl dad, and she’ll take the title of boy dad. Together, we’ll raise you in a family built on love, where we pray, banter, travel, and create unforgettable memories together.
Even before your first cry, boys your age are already jealous, because they know a mini fashion king is about to arrive. We’re ready for you, son. We can’t wait to hold you, love you, and watch you grow into everything you’re meant to be.
With love,
Dad”
