Ondo PDP Slams Governor Aiyedatiwa Over Deteriorating Healthcare System

The Ondo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has criticized Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for the worsening state of the healthcare sector. The party claims medical facilities are in disarray, with a severe shortage of medical doctors and personnel.

According to PDP’s publicity secretary, Kennedy Peretei, neighboring states have been poaching Ondo’s medical practitioners due to attractive packages. Peretei described the situation as “frustrating” and highlighted the decline of medical tourism in the state.

However, the governor’s campaign organization dismissed the allegations as fabricated, citing Aiyedatiwa’s efforts to enhance healthcare delivery through a subsidized scheme.
