Recently, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), indicated that the North would support President Bola Tinubu’s reelection in 2027, adhering to the North-South power rotation principle aimed at restoring governance to the North in 2031.

Echoing these sentiments, Minister of State for Defence and former Governor of Zamfara State, Dr. Bello Matawalle, emphasized that the North would unite behind Tinubu to drive forward developmental initiatives nationwide until 2031.
