Speed Darlington Breaks Silence After Release, Mocks Burna Boy

Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington has spoken out after his release from police custody, where he was held over defamatory comments about Burna Boy’s Grammy award. In a video, Darlington taunted Burna Boy, saying, “It takes N30 million to carry me.”

Darlington’s arrest stemmed from a video questioning Burna Boy’s Grammy win and linking him to American singer Diddy. Now, he claims to have survived “ground zero” and dares Burna Boy to take further action.

In the video, Darlington says, “EFCC dey give bed, DSS dey give food. I don survive ground zero, what can you do to me next? If I go missing, na you, if you go missing, no be me.” His statement asserts his resilience and defiance against Burna Boy.
