“Spiritually Trapped”: Queeneth Hilbert Blasts Yul Edochie in Viral Outburst, Sparks Backlash Over Language
Nollywood actress Queeneth Hilbert ignited controversy after unleashing a fierce verbal attack on fellow actor Yul Edochie in a now-deleted Instagram post. In the post—which has since circulated widely via screenshots Hilbert accused Yul of being spiritually entrapped and morally adrift, referencing his polygamous lifestyle.
She described him as “a man locked in 21 bottles” and used offensive language that triggered outrage online. While some fans supported her boldness, many condemned her use of slurs, calling for more respectful dialogue, especially in public disputes.
Meanwhile, Nigerian auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, opened up about his troubled past with his late wife, Bimbo, during an appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast. IVD claimed Bimbo was physically abusive and often created public drama, even slapping him at his office.
He also alleged that her family orchestrated a defamation campaign against him after her death in 2022. IVD credited his current fiancée, Blessing CEO, for emotionally supporting him through suicidal thoughts and personal turmoil, adding that she brought peace he had never experienced before.
