Tears as Regina Daniels’ Mother Accuses Ned Nwoko of Paying Police to Assault Her Children
Regina Daniels’ mother, Rita Daniels, has accused billionaire politician Ned Nwoko of allegedly giving money to the police to beat up and detain her children, following the ongoing marital crisis between her daughter and the politician.
The emotional mother made the allegations in a viral video, pleading with Nigerians to come to her aid as her children were reportedly held in police custody for over seven hours.
She said tearfully:
“Nigerians, come and help me. Senator Nwoko gave them money to beat my son to stupor. This is an abuse of power.”
According to reports, Regina Daniels had earlier accused her husband, Ned Nwoko, of ordering the arrest of her elder brother and sister to force her back home and into rehabilitation over alleged substance abuse issues.
The actress also expressed frustration over how the situation escalated, insisting she was no longer interested in the marriage.
In the circulating video, Rita Daniels revealed that the police officers used tear gas to disperse people who tried to intervene, describing the entire ordeal as inhumane and unjust.
The family drama between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko has since taken over social media, sparking widespread outrage and sympathy from fans across the country.
