The Presidency Declares President Tinubu’s Neutrality in Rivers State Conflict.

The Presidential office clarified that President Bola Tinubu remains impartial in the bitter political feud involving Minister of FCT Nyesom Wike and Governor Siminalayi Fubara in Rivers State.

In an interview on TVC, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Tinubu, Ajuri Ngelale, emphasized that President Tinubu would not align himself with either party amidst the ongoing turmoil.

Ngelale further emphasized that individuals expecting President Tinubu to take a stance in the political turmoil would be met with disappointment.

He stated,

“So, I think there’s a need for all stakeholders to understand that Mr President won’t take sides.”
