Tinubu’s 2027 Re-Election Bid: Joe Igbokwe Claims President Has Strategically Positioned Loyalists.

Joe Igbokwe, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has sparked controversy by claiming that President Bola Tinubu has already planted his loyalists everywhere to secure his re-election in 2027.

Igbokwe, in a post on his official Facebook page, asserted that Tinubu began planning for his re-election even before assuming office as Nigerian President.

He warned opposition figures nursing presidential ambitions that they will be defeated by Tinubu, stating that the president’s challengers are not as smart as he is .

Igbokwe’s claims come amid accusations from opposition figures that President Tinubu is orchestrating crises in opposing political parties to suppress opposition ahead of the 2027 general elections.
