The President’s statement was delivered by Vice-President Kashim Shettima at the Passing Out Parade of the 5th Regular Course of the Nigeria Police Academy in Wudil, Kano.

“Foremost,” President Tinubu continued, “we are channeling resources towards enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of our law enforcement agencies. The Police Force and Security Agencies are receiving additional resources, advanced training, and modern equipment to bolster their capacities.”

Elaborating on the strategic direction, President Tinubu added, “We are concurrently fortifying our intelligence and systems, both nationally and through international information-sharing networks. Recognizing the transnational nature of security challenges, we are fostering alliances to effectively combat threats that span borders.”

Moreover, President Tinubu underlined the multifaceted approach to addressing concerns, stating, “We are executing comprehensive social programs and spearheading economic development initiatives aimed at fostering inclusiveness, nurturing social cohesion, and expanding economic opportunities for all.”

Commending the dedication and efforts of the Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies, President Tinubu emphasized, “Our collective duty now is to extend our support to the Nigeria Police Force and other security organizations, empowering them in their relentless efforts to enhance public safety.”
